Dr. Omar Damaso Vidal, MD

All of his staff were very nice and helpful he had great bedside manner she told me everything is going to do we did three treatments and I walked out of there with less pain and within 48 hours I haven’t had any pain thank you very much for your kindness and helping my dad have a better quality of life

Dr Vidal has performed a couple of treatments on my lower back, he did an exceptional job because when I told him a week latter on my second treatment that I was still experienced a little pain he did not doubt and went back and redone something that completely take the pain away.

After seeing Dr. Vidal I had no more pain!

I have been a patient of Dr. Vidal for many years. I have also worked alongside him as a nurse in a surgical center. He has exceptional skills, is kind and caring, and the doctor to see for pain!

I was sent to Dr. Vidal by my neurologist for a steroid injection. Strange experience. He did not introduce himself to me before the procedure - in fact, by the time he got to the procedure room, I was face down on a table and never actually saw him. He didn't explain what he was doing. There was no follow-up conversation with him. His assistants were no better. One received texts constantly during the procedure. They all laughed about it. I would never use him again. Nor would I use Memorial MRI & Diagnostic (on Campbell) again - location of the procedure.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DR. HE IS NOT SEEING PATIENTS HE HIRED A NP WHICH SHE IS A RUDE PERSON SHE DOESNT KNOW WHAT PAIN MANAGEMENT IS REALLY ABOUT AND SHE IS USUALLY IN A BAD MOOD. SHE ASSUMES THAT WE ALL WANT PAIN MEDS WHICH I KNOW THIS BECAUSE OTHERS HAVE SAID IT AS WELL. DR. VIDAL DOESNT CARE FOR HIS PATIENTS AS BEFORE. THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE AND UNEDUCATED. I HAVE WAITED MORE THAN AN HOUR JUST TO SEE THE NP. PLEASE AVOID GOING TO THIS DOCTOR!

DR VIDAL IS NO LONGER SEEING PATIENTS! He has an a p/a seeing them and unfortunately this is hurting him. She does not have listening skills, cuts you off, and does not have a good understanding of how pain effects the body. You are a excellent dr but your new p/a hurts your ratings.

very nice dr.great bedside manor- but it always feels like they have somewhere else to go in a HURRY and they are late.

Once again, I must state my case for Dr. Vidal! The man is simply an Angel. He has waived countless amounts of $$ my terrible Insurance didn't pay; was more upset for ME that I found out so I would be okay than his income! The man has ALWAYS listened to me, given me time, and TAKEN ME SERIOUSLY! Best Pain Mngmt. Doc. on Earth (staff too!)
