He haa a great bedside manner. Very compassionate to the patients needs. He's great at putting the patient mind at ease. I have to have a surgery and he ensured me that, its not as bad as it seems. Would highly recommend him.

After suffering from the gastric problem for a few days, I finally consulted Dr. Masood. He was calm and friendly. Thoroughly diagnosed me and prescribed low dose tablets for a week. Now I am good and can't thank him enough for his wonderful service.

The staff was very friendly. He was extremely honest and upfront, which I like in a physician. Did my procedures, with out any complications. They were able to accommodate my schedule. They explained the process and steps. They made a follow - up call after the procedure to see if I had any concerns, which I appreciated.

It appeared the first visit was just a show they act like they're friendly and that they care but it comes down to money and appointments I was told I needed endonoscopy and colonoscopy same time same day, I thought that was a red flag but I let it go PS I was told to drink this stuff which absolutely made me sick for an hour I was on the phone with the doctor's office the doctor and one of the staffs that evening preparing to go to the hospital the next day I I have been deathly sick since that day it's been almost a week they don't know how to return phone calls , then you have one of the secretary who thinks she can talk to a patient with her nasty rude attitude telling me that the doctor might be able to get back to me can you imagine I have an emergency here something that's been going on since the day he did those two procedures on me which is almost a week well they just lost a patient and they're going to lose a lot more no one's going to put up with what I went through believe… me I have witnesses when I went to the hospital in the morning to get the procedures done they were trying to tell me that I shouldn't go through with the procedures in my condition I was vomiting all over the place and yet the doctor doctor Masood still insisted on doing both procedures long story short I have a problem now that occurred since that day that he did the procedures and no phone calls back I had just requested for all my records and my biopsies to go straight to my primary doctor I will never return to that office just a warning to all I hope you learn from this because I sure did

The family has been waiting for 4 days for results of a biopsy that were supposed to be in last Friday. Several calls have not been returned after the front desk had said the results were in and Dr. Masood would return the call. How could a dr not realize the anxiety associated with waiting for biopsy results? I find this to be very heartless and unprofessional!
