After waiting 4 hours at this office dr came in with a personal call and left my mom for another 40 mins and gave her 2 different answers for her heart medication without checking her resualt so basically I keep taking her for tests that they don’t even look at it and honestly I still don’t have any answers once I get her Medicare I would never go back . They schedule so many people at once and have no control of it and if you call you will get a call back in 2 weeks which I already took my mom to hospital for sooner respond .

Ser I specially noticed that Ms. Gayane Mketchyan lab appointment scheduler she has been Very prophicant and helpful towards me and to other patients as well she takes her job very seriously and keeps me updated by keeping her commitment. she has in timely fashion adequately calls and tries to assures necessary tests ordered is performed and completed without any delays or extended wait if possible. The first time I saw Dr. Marwah I had just had a heart attach the day before, I was lying on the exam table wait for him to do the angiogram. When he came into the room and put his hand on my forehead, a feeling of great relief came over me and at that moment I knew everything was going to all right. Four months later I feel great, better than I have in years. This is a skilled Dr. Thank you so much!!!!

DO NOT go see Dr Onkar Marwah or anyone at Heartbeat Cardiovascular Medical Group in Glendale, CA because the staff mainly LUCY is HORRIBLE and unprofessional. Although Dr. Onkar is not bad... Lucy his office manager and the other staff are VERY rude and unprofessional. On 3 occasions my father's appointment was cancelled and no one called to notify him. He showed up and was turned away. The 3rd time I called to confirm his appointment and Lucy said his appointment was cancelled due to an authorization issue and I asked why no one called to notify him of the cancellation and she very rudely said someone called but there was no answer. I asked if that was the case why didn't anyone try calling back instead of having him show up and be turned away. Once again she told me in a very loud, rude and unprofessional tone that they called once. Patients deserve the courtesy of a call to cancel an appointment just like they expect a call when a patient cancels. Based on all the poor reviews… about the office staff and long wait to see the doctor which my father has also experienced I don't understand why Dr Onkar has not done anything about it because I'm sure patients have complained to him. He will loose patients because he has people like Lucy working for him. I have never experienced such poor and unprofessional service from any medical office. LUCY.... you are HORRIBLE!! You are the most unprofessional and rude person I have ever spoken to and I hope I never have to speak to anyone like you again. My father will never be returning to that office because of you. You deserve to be FIRED! I feel sorry for anyone who has had and will have the misfortune of dealing with you.

No doubt I will return and recommend Dr. Marwah . Excellent knowledge and excellent professionalism being and is exhibited by him .

so satisfied to have Dr. Marwah as my spouse and my cardiologist . He totally exhibits what an interventional cardiologist should be . knowledgeable , well experience in his field , excellent bedside manner . He does not look at his patients insurance , with or without insurance he will treat his patients fair, for the BEST and dedication !FYI ; voted best doctor not only in Pasadena but also in Glendale a recognition long overdue . I say these even , though me and my family has a very good health coverage . Definitely will recommend Dr. to every one who asked or needs a cardiologist . one last thing , office staff are also excellent , courteous and professionals ..

the waiting time to be seen by dr. marwah is at least 45 minutes !!! i dont mind waiting since i know that an excellent doctor will be taking good care of me . regular patients had become acquaintances due to the waiting time. occasionally there are patients that would be distributing chocolates while waiting to be seen by dr. marwah . still i would recommend his services when asked for a good cardiologist !

An excellent doctor, knowledgeable and caring...truly a heart patient's life saver.
