Dr. Opada Alzohaili, MD

Trust me if you care about your time, well being, and health. AVOID Alzohaili and his office at all costs. Contacting the office staff in itself is a hurdle, they will put you on hold for at least 20 minutes and when you finally reach someone, they will keep transferring you to a different department and never address your reasons for calling. Some departments just take you to voicemail and never return your call. The office staff will tell you they can't do anything unless you have an appointment. However, I have had multiple appointments with Alzohaili where he was a no show and I've waited over 1 hour. No email or call or anything. I have also been waiting half a year to receive medication that he has prescribed. It feels like a tactic to prolong the process and further inconvenience the patient. He clearly does NOT care about his patient's well-being, health, or time.

Horrible doctor he over treats I've had three other opinions and I don't have pituitary gland failure which he treated me for and all it did was leave me with insulin resistance that left me overweight and because of it I have been put on diabetic medications I have Venus insufficiency because of the weight gain from the stories he put me on. Is doctor doesn't know the difference between pituitary gland failure and thyroid disease. Does doctor has ruined my life.

A great and wonderful doctor, very nice person takes time to answer all questions. His staff is very inconsiderate, and while I was there today 9-4-2021, I was completely embarrassed in front of a bunch of other patients also when I checked out I had questions about my billing statement and was told the head of billing would call me by 200pm, I never heard from that person. I called around 300pm and was told the head of billing was not in today will return on Monday, I left a message for that person to call me on Monday. I was not told the truth and was lied to, very questionable attitudes as well as horrible treatment. Unacceptable to say the least !

He has the most rudest and meanest staff! He spends only 1 min for each patient! And you better not have a question from him!!!!

STAY AWAY!!!!! Stay as far away as you could from this doctor. He might get you hooked on meds you don't need. That's what happened to my brother. He is a brain injury patient and for some reason came to this nut of a doctor only for him to prescribe him, yes, Testosterone!?!? HE IS NOW ADDICTED! Everything changes about a person who takes steroids. He didn't need this stuff at all. But no thanks to this turd, he can't get off of them and has the craziest roid rage everrr! Feeling helpless. If you value your life, I beg you to steer far away and go elsewhere, somewhere that will actually give you what you need!

This Doctor Absolutely knows what he is doing! The best endocrinologist I have seen!!

Dr. is awesome - staff is very subpar. The prior authorization people are horrendous to work with. They never, ever return calls - which makes you have to call the office to be put on hold for 15 mins - to be put into a voicemail that never gets answered. Vicious cycle!
