Dr. Opal Brandy

Horrible service brought my son in today we had a 12pm appointment waited a hour and half then the dentist was rude and mean to my autistic non verbal son who was patiently waiting with me in the over crowded lobby for having his feet in the chair . I will never patronize this office again and they get zero stars from me for being insensitive about my special needs child who was not bothering anyone. This dentist needs to participate in some sensitivity training for her self & her staff to better respect patients and family's of children with special needs. Poor service DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST she needs to retire and find a new profession she should go into a field where it's ok to be mean and rude to patients and their families. She seems impatient and disrespectful to people with special needs as a matter fact to everyone this lady needs to become a mechanic or a IRS auditor that would probably suit her personality much better. I have contacted the Texas Board of dental examiners… as well and will be filing a formal complaint asap about her behavior and lack of competence with disabled children.

Dr. Brandy is Awesome! I have been going to her for the past 7 years she is very knowledgeable in her work. Her staff is friendly I would recommend her to everyone.

I have always had excellent service with Dr. Opal Brandy, and have found her to be efficient and easy to talk to. I haven't been in two years, but plan to make an appointment soon. I look forward to her having a system to call the patient to remind them they are overdue for an appointment.

I had the worst experience trying to make an appointment. The receptionist had an attitude, and was rude to me. It was so bad i did not even make an appointment and decided to go to a different dentist.
