excellent doctor

front office is a nightmare. banjoko is a neat lady, and i respect her, but she makes (apparently) pity hires for the front. hard to get questions addressed, coordination of appointments and medication refills is never in synch (in my experience), they talk to me like i am a severe inconvenience to whatever they are doing. just not impressed overall

Banjoko is a really nice person, but I don't have a lot of trust in her medical decisions or competency. She made some critical errors in my care and failed to follow through on some important paperwork she promised my family she would help with. She provides absolutely no follow up whatsoever. Her office staff (manager) was also a bit on the rude side and did not seem to want to help. My advice is to avoid and find a competent Dr.

Not the best staff, they made excuses for a simple medical request and gave us the runaround. We had to go to a different doctor to help us even though Dr. Banjoko had initiated the initial treatment (and was responsible for it). Dr. Banjoko also made some medication errors while our family was her patient, some of which our new Dr. immediately reversed. Do not recommend.

Dr Banjoko is the most understanding Dr. I have ever had.

Staff leaves a lot to be desired; she is wonderful and so smart. Has helped out so many people in our family - highly recommend her

outstanding bedside manner, caring, qualified physician. The MA is slow to follow up at times, but that's her fault, not the physicians. Excellent, we have referred several patients to her and they are all highly impressed with her.
