Always rec'd a call nite before app they need to cancel. This is after waiting 3 months for appt. While waiting in waiting room heard patients talking about what number back isurgeries they ha, No thank you.He was arrogant and non-compassionate. Said to return in a month and I did and he grumpy said what are you doing back in here!

dr o saved my hand no doubt i had a GSW to elbow with a large calibre handgun a bone graft and some screws the surgery was 25 year ago still working good.

He has an uncaring attitude and doesn't fully listen to all of patients concerns.

Dr. Mitchell took the time to see what my lifestyle was and after he completed I was a new man. I can't thank him enough for making me active again. My wife has needed his help twice and found him to be so gentle that she was at ease with each visit. (Pre-Op & Post-Op & of course during the operations)

After a year-and-a-half I still don't have the use of my right arm dr. Mitchell perform surgery my insurance ran out now he doesn't want to help me because I don't have any insurance for him to get paid. Doesn't sound like he is interested in patient care as much as he is money. He promised me he would take care of my shoulder no matter the cost and he wouldn't bill me for any repeat visits and yet I continue to pay for repeat visits. I would never recommend dr. Mitchell's office.

Dr. Mitchell is an excellent surgeon. His MA on the other hand is awful. She has no compassion, no customer service, rude, and aggressive. . I will never set foot in that office again, Do not go there in pain, do not be late, but plan to spend lots of time waiting.

Dr. O Mitchell is very professional and caring. He answered all my questions and took all the time I needed.

I went into the office from the emergency after break THREE bones in my foot. Dr. Mitchell was fine, put me in a walking boot and told me to schedule a followup in 2 weeks to see about casting it. As I tried to do this, I was told they could not schedule me at that time, but that someone would contact me within TWO DAYS. I never got a call. A week later I called to schedule an appointment and was told the soonest they could see me was in 6 weeks. I kindly explained to them that his orders were for two, and the young woman at the desk became rude. My appointment was scheduled for 6 weeks out from the date I called, making it 5 weeks longer than the time he had requested. My foot healed crooked and is now painful during even the simplest of activities. I will never go back to Frontrange.
