Dr. Azulay is so incredibly amazing. I have had many procedures and surgeries and none as successful as the one I had with him. He has amazing bedside manner, is funny, and calming. I expected to get have anxious, painful, and traumatic experience but instead his team and I laughed, chatted, and it was a light, painless, and overall pleasant experience. Im shocked, but he delivered on his promise. He has a gift and a blessing. So grateful for them all.

I absolutely ADORE this man!! Incredibly knowledgeable, wonderfully kind, has always made me feel completely at ease!! I'm SO SAD he's not in Fontana anymore!

Dr Azulay was such an amazing doctor. I felt immediately at ease with him. He has a calming, informative and kind bedside manner — he listens to your questions and concerns without judgment and gives you his full attention. I am so glad I found him!
