Dr. Oren Naphtali Hirsch, MD

EXTREMELY POOR BEDSIDE MANNER. We were in the ER due to a risk of miscarriage. His words were, "why would you come here" and "if you're bleeding profusely you don't need to come back" He failed to discuss any medical history and was bothered when we offered it for him to help understand our situation and concerns.

Embarrassing condition for a young person who was so frightened they went to the ER for help (digestion issue). He pressed on her stomach and told her to go to CVS and get over the counter medicine. Was dismissive, and said to her "What did you think was going to happen?" We've paid everything on-time as soon as it comes in. Now, it's 6 months later and we just received another additional bill from this guy. He did nothing but add a layer of humiliation.

My daughter had an emergency and we went to the Tarzana Hospital. My insurance is covered through this hospital. My daughter saw about 4 different doctors during her stay. Dr Hirsch came out of no where to see my daughter and quickly left. Really did not do anything except ask a few questions. A month later I have a bill for $300 for his "examination". Turns out he is a doctor at the hospital that is out of network. If I was told I would have waited for one of the other 3 doctors that switched seeing my daughter. We tried to dispute it but CIGNA said he is out of network. He basically ripped us off, our healthcare system is crazy.
