I had ptosis surgery to correct my left droopy eyelid several years ago from Dr. Zwick. Crazy how totally life-changing a few millimeters can make in your eyelid. I am so thankful for Dr. Zwick!

Every single person on his staff, including admimistrative and medical is professional, sharp, kind and great at what they do! Did I say kind? I am beyond thrilled with the outcome of my blepharoplasty! Honestly, it was painless. Doc Z called me the morning following surgery to check how I was doing....impressive! When it should come time in your life that you have to have work done in the field of ophthalmology the only doctor I would recommend is Dr. Zwick! He has performed two procedures on me. The first was when I was diagnosed with melanoma on the right side of my nose next to my right eye. After the procedure to make sure all the melanoma was removed there was a hole on my face about the size of a 50 Cent coin, most of you have never seen one. Unless you know where that hole was you would never know it was there. The second procedure was for sagging eyelids. My field of vision was becoming limited. After the procedure my field of vision has improved 100%. I thank him and his staff for this. From the front desk, Dominique, Melanie, Kelise and all the other smiling faces whose names I do not recall, thank you!! The front desk at the surgical office Tanisha ( Natasha ??), Kelly, Holly and The other ones I don’t recall because I was sedated, hope I was a good boy ?? Dr Zwick to you… and your staff thank you again .??????????

This surgery was the most agreeable medical experience I ever had. Surgery and healing went smoothly and exactly as foretold. 24 hours after surgery I already stopped taking painkillers. Dr. Zwick is very experienced and specialist in his field. He and his office staff and nurses are very professional and compassionate. My anxiety was totally gone after entering the operation rooms and be treated by the entire staff. The result of the surgery is great and better than hoped for. I can only recommend Dr. Zwick and his doctor's office.

By far the best experience I have had at a doctor's office. Although it was my first ophthalmologist visit and hopefully my last, it was a very stress free, upbeat, positive, & comfortable environment that I have not witnessed before. I came in a nervous wreck, anxious and leary of what lie ahead. He, as well as both of his associates, were very friendly, very reassuring and I could not have asked for more. I highly recommend Dr. Zwick and his amazing staff of professionals. From the time you walk in you are assisted by amazingly friendly people offering immediate assistance. Dr. Zwick is the poster person for bedside manner. He is professional and excels competence explaining your diagnosis and recommended procedures. He completes your procedure with efficiency. He is friendly, has a very nice sense of humor and a relaxed manner. You look forward to your visit.

My Cornea Specialist referred me to Dr. Zwick in 2017 because my eyelids were drooping down to my eyelashes. Dr. Zwick informed me then that my insurance would not pay for the procedure because it wasn't severe enough. Although he could have performed the surgery in 2017, he advised that I wait for a year to see if the condition would be covered by insurance. In 2018, Dr. Zwick again examined me and said that insurance would not cover the procedure, but I decided to pay for it out of pocket. Everyone on Dr. Zwick's staff was friendly and professional, and I never felt rushed regardless of the questions I asked. The surgery was scheduled at a time convenient to me, and the results were amazing. I had no pain after surgery, little bruising, and saw immediate results. I am thrilled with the outcome and how I was treated during every step of the process. I highly recommend Dr. Zwick and his staff.

Dr. Zwick was recommended to me by another physician/friend and I have nothing but positive things to say about 1) the outcome of the procedure 2) Dr. Zwick 3) the office and staff. All of these obviously factor in my "patient satisfaction" and I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Zwick's surgical skills and the entire experience. Go to someone who specializes only in eyes and who does such excellent work!
