Orina Machoka

I am hard of hearing and at times had to ask comments to be repeated.

He was willing to go back if we didn't understand what he said.

Barring a bit of a language accent, the PA was thorough and attentive and answered any questions I had. He was professional and seemed genuinely concerned with the things I came to discuss.

His knowledge, and ability to understand and advice on treatment.

I was very pleased with my encounter with Orina. He seemed engaged in understanding my symptoms/history, hearing my concerns, and determining the best course of action for testing/treatment. He asked several times if I had additional questions.

NP was Very professional and listened to the issues I brought up.
