Office staff is wonderful especially Alexis... treats you like family and really shows she cares.. doctors are very knowledgeable and attentive

Missed Hashimotos and adrenal issues. Blamed everything on diet pepsi and being lazy. Run, don't walk.

My daughter has been treated poorly. Doctor won't approve meds that come in the mail. Even the place that sends her medical supplies has called us in the past on why the doctor won't approve the supplies she needs to be sent. Says she doesn't have insurance when I have government documents that shows she does. Always gives excuses for things. Late to see her on one occasion back in Octber 2016, for an appointment...made my daughter wait a hour and then scolded her for their mistake. Won't give her a prescription for a new pump. Says they don't have the supplies she needs for current pump. My daughter has had to go to the er on two separate occasions because they won't approve her meds/supplies..gives my daughter the run around. Even sent her a bill for an appointment she didn't even make!

After 20 doctors, specialists, and endocrinologists in the past 5 years Dr. Sergev diagnosed me correctly in 10 minutes. This has dramatically changed my life and health. A truly great doctor!

This guy missed a big pituitary tumor in my head! I had to go to another endo to figure it out.

Unable to make contact with Doctor. Must work through entire staff at all times. Been waiting on test results for over a week.No follow-up from doctor or any of staff.
