Dr. G has a unique way of relating to his patients, showing genuine compassion, but telling his patients what they need to hear, even if it's not what they want to hear. I am so thankful for Dr. Gaines and his staff! They are kind, friendly, and very respectful.

Dr. Gains is an excellent Dr. He is very caring and compassionate. He listens to your questions and concerns and takes his time to address them. He cares about your overall health. He does whatever is necessary to help you. And does it with respect. I wish there were more Dr.'s in the pain manegment field like him. He also has a very caring, compassionate staff. I think God for him and Optimal health and wellness.

Dr. Gaines is amazing and a great doctor I loved seeing him. I was so scared the first visit and he put my mind right at ease. He asked lots of questions and then listened to me explain what I had going on and I have to say he is one of my favs right now

omgawsh. :D ..Dr Gaines! YOU ROCK ..best bedside manner I have ever seen in a doctor, EVER! he is very persistent on my upkeep and management when it comes to my health on the outside of his office. backtracks my history reports to compare any new conditions and attempt to connect the dots/diseases of APS in my body. always in a FABULOUS mood, makes me laugh the whole time :) spends a great amt of time, looking, checking, reassuring me, or suggesting what I might do to help future my diagnoses. GREATEST DOCTOR ALIVE
