I called Doctor Hendricks and of course it connected me to their nurse which is fine. I wanted to talk to them about my weight loss and that I am truly struggling with it. I even explained the nutrition that I have been doing and the only advice the nurse gave me was try weight watchers. Clearly since I have been eating healthy and working out for the last 6 months and I have seen no progress I wanted some professional advice and even suggested that and all the nurse said was try weight watchers and hung up. So rude and I didnt even get a chance to ask questions. I will be switching doctors after this.

I have been going to Dr. Hendricks for at least 20yrs. He is always friendly and compassionate. He is a good listener. I am so please to have him as my doctor and have recommended him to many people and family members. The office staff is very friendly and outgoing. The nurses always answer my questions to my satisfaction. The front staff is very welcoming. The front receptionist is extremely friendly and always has a smile on her face.

I had recently been denied prescription relief of legitimate nerve damage pain based on the doctor's fear of new legislation. Sent away with no remedy whatsoever to continue daily activities. Not so much of a help. Wait times are ridiculous. Knowledge of patients is slim. Main focus is number of patients per day seen and billed for. I will not pay a medical bill that in my opinion didn't provide at least a remedy solution.

Went in for a follow up visit from bloodwork. His nurse asked me if I wanted to do a breathing test right at the office (I have asthma)instead of going to a hospital to have it done. Of course, I have to take a long acting inhaler, but the test was supposedly good. When I asked to have my inhaler refilled, nothing was sent through to my pharmacy. After calling for about a month, I had to go to Immediate Care to get my asthma symptoms treated because he wouldn't refill my inhaler. Looking for a different doctor!
