Saw Dr. Naseer in Urgent Care, Fargo, for severe lower back pain. Did quick exam with questions. He was more concerned that I should have seen my primary on this condition (which I did the day before; but, the pain was much worse and I had to see someone). He asked if we have medical facility to go to on weekend. We live 50 miles from Fargo and our small town has a clinic that is open only 2 days a week. Gave me muscle relaxers and prednisone for only 5 days and said my Primary should take it from there.

Presented with acute abdominal pain. Exam took a couple minutes. Dr. Osama Nasser diagnosed as a virus/viral illness as 'quite a few of the patients he had seen that week were diagnosed with a virus'. I disagreed based on how I felt and he offered an abdominal ultrasound which showed kidney stone.
