He is the one of the best doctor in US. He has very rich knowledge, kind heart. after first visit his nurse called me ask how is doing? medicine works good? etc... The first family doctor called me ask things. Happy surprise.

Making an appointment is a chore. Even after you make an apporintment. - he cancels several in a row - so seeing him is difficult. I have the feeling he does not care.

The first thing I don't appreciate about this doctor is his bad attitude. My cardiologist changed some of my medications and during my last visit he asked me why he did that. If I knew the answer, I would be making a $100,00+ a year as well. Why can't he pick up the phone and ask him? Also, his billing company is overcharging me for my copay. It's not his fault but I rather not deal with this doctor in the future.

Dr. Batugal is not a pill pusher. He is caring and professional. When he sees a problem beyond his expertise, he refers. That makes for quality care.

Having Dr. Batugal as my doctor for 4yrs. he has proved to be the best doctor that I have ever had. He listen to what you have to say without making judgements. He is very kind and considerant. My illiness was Hep C. and High blood pressure, during my time in Nevada I never had any types of complication due to mis-diagnois or given the wrong medication for my illiness in fact he diagnoised my Hypertention and prescribed the correct medication on the first try which is really hard with high blood pressure he is definitely an asset to the medical field. Upon my relocation I wish that I could have taken him with me....!

THIS DOCTOR NEVER RETURNS CALLS. HE SENDS ME ON UNNECCESSARY MRI AND THE SUCH. HE DIGNOSED ME WRONG AND NOW I AM DYING OF THROAT CANCER.
