Excellent Doctor. Best Doctor in this field. Always took his time with our son.

Excelente doctor. Muy profesional y Con un trato extraordinario.

Did tests. He never got back with them and when we called to get results they sent our primary nothing but that they ordered tests. They were not interested in getting any info. Total waste of time and we have to do a dozen tests all over now.

Dr. Loret De Mola and his staff are an extremely dedicated team. He and his staff have been extremely thorough in the diagnosis and treatment of our son, and we are very grateful for the care they have given him. I have also dealt with Rebecca, his office manager, who has been very attentive and responsive to our questions and concerns.

Great office, GREAT Staff

The doctor was great, very attentive and took time to go over results from the hospital that I didn't understand. Explained in detail, we did not wait long. The girls at the office were very sweet and helped me fill out my paperwork because I was a little confused. Definitely recommending this office to friends, great experience.

I can't deny that Dr. LdeMola is a fine doctor. He listens carefully, is kind, non-threatening to a child, knowledgeable, caring, etc. But for all his good qualities, his staff is the most obnoxious and incompetent group of workers in any medical office in the US. They are arrogant, rude and you will not get anywhere when you need something done in a timely fashion or working in unison with other medical offices or hospital. Frankly, like another reviewer said, no doctor is worth this much hassle. I can only surmise that the doctor is too nice or spineless to fire all his useless personnel and start off anew with real professionals. If ever that happened, then this would be a world class pediatric office, but as it is, it's less than mediocre. A real shame. Too bad the doc probably doesn't have the time to go reading reviews of his practice online. A real shame!

Dr. Loret De Mola was highly recommended by a highly demanding relative. My relative is very careful with the physicians she chooses for her children, so I definitely trust her recommendations. I was pleased with the doctor to the point of trusting him doing medical procedure at the hospital on my son. He has taken his time to explain everything during office appointments and has listened to all my concerns without a rush. I have been to his office twice and so far this doctor has been very professional. Nonethless, his office staff is totally the opposite. The waiting time is exhausting. The first time I was there, I waited more than 4 hours. I picked up my son from school at 11 am, and was not seen until 10 minutes to 4 pm. I would have walked out if it was not for my sister in law's opinion. The second time, I waited less time but it was almost three hours wait. One of his secretaries, hardly looks you in the eye and during telephone conversations she sounds almost arrogant.… I am sorry that a great physician as Dr. Loret De Mola has this challenge at the entrance.

recently my son who is followed by this doctor since my son received a bone marrow transplant, was in the ER a couple times and then finally spent a week in the PICU. this was because I could never get through to the doctor at home or in the hospital (by the staff there). my son ended up havng an overgrowth of yeast that ultimately went to his lungs and he got pneumonia. so many calls have never gotten through to the doctor, you never get past the staff or the nurse and no one ever calls you back. he never even got the messages that the icu dr and infectious disease dr called. I really like this doctor but hes impossible to get through to and my son has a serious medical condition so I will be looking for another dr after I see him in June. too bad. its really the office staff, indicative of so much in Miami.
