Violator of the Hippocratic Oath This "Doctor" refuse to give a follow-up telemedicine required by the hospital to discharge a patient of this "Primary Doctor". In the Clinical Discharge Summary it is quoted that: "care 360 unable to schedule per PCP office they refuse and will contact the patient for appt details. They NEVER called. This "Doctor" is inhuman, insensitive, immoral, unethical and much more.

I have been a patient of Dr Perez for over 25 years. He has found issues that some specialty Dr's were not able to find. He is very thorough and sometimes we get a laugh or two in.. I do not look forward to the day he retires as I don't think I will ever be able to find someone I feel as comfortable with.

I been with Dr. Perez for at least 8 years.I love his sense of humor, but when it comes to serious business he is very dedicated to his profession. I will never forget on Christmas time I was very overwhelmed and depressed. He took the time to care about me and he made sure that I was okay before he went on holidays vacation.

My mother age 70 went into the dr Perez and said she had a lump in her breast and after he felt the lump he said I'm sorry I don't write prescriptions for mammograms!!!!!! However he wrote one for me a year prior. It took my mother a long time to switch drs due to insurance. Anyways she finally found a dr and when she told him that Perez refused he about blew his top. Long story short my mom has breast cancer and it has spread. Thanks a lot jerk for caring about your patients!!!!!! Next time a woman asks for a prescription for a mammogram give it to her!!!!

Dr. Perez has been our family Doctor since 2006. He takes time to listen & is thorough in his exams. I would definitely recommend him to friends or family.
