Dr. Oscar M Ramirez operating in the 305 Plastic Surgery had two patients die under his care and was stripped of his license in Maryland and was subject to disciplinary action in Florida. Dr. Ramirez has decades of experience in the field. He has invented so many procedures and medical equipment that other surgeons use.

Dr. Ramirez is the best plastic surgeon I have ever gone to and because of him I now have my DREAM BODY!!! I went to him at The Best U Now after being very unhappy with a bbl I received 6 months prior In California. I had a lot of loose skin, uneven liposuction, and I did not like where the fat was placed. Dr. Ramirez fixed ALL OF THAT!!!! He listened to all of my concerns, he made a precise plan for my surgery and most importantly, he made me feel safe!!! Dr. Ramirez is a PERFECTIONIST!!! He took his time on my procedure (6 hours total) and corrected all of the lumpiness, saggy skin, and my butt now is perfectly round and proportionate to my body. I got liposuction, waist reduction, j plasma laser on my stomach and back, ab etching, AND fat transfer to my butt and my hips. I have at least 10 friends trying to book him this month!!! This is not a paid review in fact, whoever is purposely leaving false negative reviews to try to damage this man’s reputation needs serious mental help.… People rely on reviews to be HONEST and it’s clear that’s not evident in some of these other reviews I’ve read. I had cheek implants done about 4 years ago, and was left with horrible results from what was supposedly good doctor. After thoroughly researching , I came to discover how prevalent of an occurrence this is with the world of facial implants, where many doctors who may be great at breast augmentations or liposuction, just do not have the same skill or experience when it comes to the aesthetics of the face. Well, long story short, I visited a plastic surgeon that a friend of mine works for, and after seeing my case , the doctor explained to me that he did not feel comfortable attempting to remove the existing implants and redo the procedure. He strongly recommended Dr Ramirez, who in his professional experience , is simply the best when it came to cheeks, chins, jaw lines, and the face all around. Obviously , I was apprehensive already after feeling so disappointed with a failed surgery, and felt tentative when I met Dr Ramirez. Quite frankly he is very unassuming, soft spoken and is not… prone to exaggeration or big promises. I explained to him my concerns, and my desired outcome and after thorough discussion decided to to allow him to do the procedure. That was just a week ago, and although I still have extensive swelling from all the additional trauma of removing the Medpor implants , and then placing new ones, I am already extremely happy with the results and the experience so far. To me Dr. Ramirez is not only a empathetic doctor and a talented surgeon, he is a true artist. I am so happy I went to Oscar’s Clinic, and I very, VERY highly recommend anyone deciding to have surgery or a procedure make the best choice first, and see Dr. Ramirez.

I was not in a mood to spend that kinda money on my body structure. But the confidence that it instilled in me is a lot more than what it costed me.

I am highly pleased with the new butt look and the curves corrected, I'll have my cousin visit the doctor soon.
