I had an appointment with Dr. Sosa, but I was told he was unavailable, and a physician assistant would conduct the tests. I met with PA Alejandra Patino, who informed me that I needed a procedure called radiofrequency ablation ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy and provided with the pre-procedure notes. Despite my insistence on consulting with Dr. Sosa before proceeding, Ms. Patino informed me that I would NOT see Dr. Sosa as he no longer saw patients. She insisted that only she would be handling my case and that her decision was final citing time and cost savings by avoiding multiple visits. Despite her insistence, I reiterated my stance.We contacted Cigna and spoke with Samantha who immediately made a three-way call with Mary from Dr. Sosa's office. Mary confirmed that Dr. Sosa did not see patients regularly and that the tests conducted that day were not the necessary ones due to the technician's absence. I requested to speak to the office manager, Gracie, but received no callback.

Las empleadas de la recepción me hicieron perder hoy mi tiempo. Por una confusión de su parte, no me atendieron a las 12:45 pm, hora de mi cita, y a la 1:30 pm cuando me cansé de esperar, me dijeron que debía esperar 10 minutos más porque no tenían ni idea que había pasado. Me devolvieron el dinero y no fueron cordiales.
