Dr. Osdely Castillo

Osdely Castillo is a licensed mental health counselor. Osdely believes that a therapists role is to help guide their patients self-discovery. Osdely empowers her patients to identify their strengths, improve their self-esteem, and enhance their problem-solving skills to tackle lifes challenges. Osdely guides her patients in finding the best solutions for their concerns and incorporating those changes into their daily lives. She also strengthens their self-awareness of irrational thinking patterns and on implementing healthier coping strategies.

Osdely combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and a strengths-based approach in her treatment plans. She treats ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, self-esteem issues, stress, trauma, and PTSD. She works with patients ages 5-60. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with diverse backgrounds. In her spare time, Osdely loves to read, travel, try new …restaurants, watch Marvel movies, and photograph everything around her. She speaks English and Spanish.
