Dr. Osman Latif, MD

Dr. Latif sat at the desk looking at my x-rays the entire time while asking me questions. He NEVER examined me but did prescribe a very invasive procedure. Afterwards I was so upset that the nurse assured me that I could cancel it at any time. So on Monday that was exactly what I did. Meanwhile I found another pain management close to me who far exceeded my expectations! I would NOT recommend Dr. Latif to anybody!

He is the love of my life. Ever since my first diagnosis of ogre influenza, he was always there for me when I needed him. If you don't marry him I will find you.

I have not had the same experiences as a lot of the people in these reviews, frankly I was surprised at the comments. If you are looking for narcotics this guy is NOT your guy, he will not prescribe them. He has taken the most conservative approaches to treatment with me, although after 10 years of aggravating with my issue, I would very much like a hard line approach. Permanent Fix if you will. I wouldn't do that with this doctor, you need a neurosurgeon for spine surgery...Dr. Gluck from USF is your guy for that. This guy can help if you don't want surgery yet and you don't want to be a slave to pain and pills. He listens to me every visit and I feel like he cares about making me better. Frankly when I went in there the first time I could barely walk across the parking lot. I was in extreme pain all the time. I can now walk two miles with mild to moderate pain so we are making progress. No narcotics.

Refused to even consider continuing the pain management drugs my oncologist had me on due to chemo induced neuropathy in my feet and hands.

Pain now gone what else matters

I was referred to this doctor for pain management. I had a gallbladder removal that has left me in constant pain for over a year. This doctor told me it was in my head- gave me some antidepressants. I didnt' take his meds. I left and would NEVER go back. Please do yourself a favor and skip this doctor. He is arrogant and not helpful.

Latif, took no time with me, assume he knew what was wrong and prescripted a bunch of pills I didn't need. And try to do surgery before he knew the whole story of my condition. When I ask for a MRI to make sure there wasn't more going on then what appeared on the surface, he said I didn't need one, and when I disgreed, he waved me off like I was some kind of fly. He did the MRI but, not because he wanted to know what was going on with me, but because I assisted. I got my MRI, of course he was headed in the wrong direct of the care I needed. So, I won't be going back.

I would not recommend this Dr. to my worst enemy...All he wants to do is do surgery on you without even trying conservative approaches first...was hit with a 700.00 plus bill for 10 mins of his time...he did nothing to me absolutely nothing ...find someone else if possible..I will never return...

Helped with neck pain and knee pain. Very good results

Dr. without ever meeting me in the past, Jumped into wanting to place a neuro stimulator, without even considering other less invasive options..afterwards I found out that he is only after high dollar procedures right off the bat...I will not be returning to him...I was also hit with a 600.00 plus bill...not happy!
