I had my implants done in 2001 or 2002 I can’t remember off the top of my head. I wanted implants because after trying to nurse I was extremely uneven. I was told no worries we could go under the muscle and add extra fluid to my right breast since it was so much smaller. When first done they were extremely high and literally in my armpit. The eventually did settle down in correct position other than the huge gap in between them and them being so far out that you can see the circle in my armpit. This is happening all of the time not when laying down only, however that does make it worse. Over the years I started noticing that my right breast was looking smaller and smaller compared to the right side. Uugh the reason I got them done to begin with. I went back several times throughout the years and was told maybe I had a pinpoint leak that only lost a drop here and there depending on how I was laying on the right side or how much pressure was on that implant. The doctor said the… only option was to pay for surgery again and he could check fluid in each bag to see if there was a leak to see if insurance would cover the implant itself. I decided to have several other consultants with surgeons in my area and was told by every surgeon I saw that I needed a pocket repair to fix the implants from being in my armpit and that I most definitely had at least one cup size difference between the two. Now even though the implants are suppose to be Guaranteed for life I still have to pay to get them fixed and all of the surgeons I have had consults with say the cost is between $12,000 to $14,000 to have them fixed properly. I do have to add I had no health issues at all until I had my implants but a few years after getting them I started getting sick and was diagnosed with systemic Lupus and Autonomic Dysfunction. Please do a lot more homework on your doctor than I did.

We discussed that one of my breasts was much larger & he said he could even it out. He then put the same amount of saline in both implants instead of more saline in the smaller breast so they are still uneven. One implant was also much higher on my chest than the other. When I asked him about this he told me to just not wear clothes that show the difference. He snap liked about being board certified. When I went to an actual board certified surgeon for a second opinion they wanted copies of my records. Dr Ascha’s office refused to fax the records. When I told them they had to release my records to me by law they charged me $50 for it. Horrible place, I do not recommend.

I put off my breast augmentation for years because of fear. I went to many consultations, but this doctor was the most informative and made me feel the most comfortable. The procedure was quick and the nurses were great. It's been 12 years Since Dr. Ascha did my surgery. It was a great experience and the results are beautiful.

Dr. Ascha Explained everything to me in detail on what I was to expect from breast implants. He emphasized that he will improve the appearance of my breast from what I had to start with. After having four children they weren't the same as a woman who is never had children before. I had the procedure and I was amazed at how beautiful and amazing my results were. My breast came out more amazing than I had expected I feel he is the Picasso of breast enhancement He was highly referred to me by several of my friends and colleagues . After seeing their results and going to his office and seeing his before and after pictures I was convinced he was the doctor that I wanted and trusted. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for breast enhancement or cosmetic procedures. Just go in and look at his before and after pictures that is all the proof you will need . His work speaks for it's self , it is phenomenal!!!

He's the best. Takes his time and explains everything to you. Very experienced.

I had breast surgery this year. He left one breast much larger then the other...I'm aware we have one breast larger then the other but he placed a larger implant on my right breast....ugh!! He placed 630 on my rt breast and 650 on lt breast...On my rt breast he placed less because it was slightly larger but it's much larger now then what it was before. I went to see two other surgeons after my surgery with Dr Ascha and they both noticed the difference. I tried to tell Dr Ascha but he acted like a jerk and told me I was fine. He showed me pics of all his patients that had the same problem after their surgery with him. He said he could go back in there while I'm awake and add fluid. He must think I'm really that stupid to allow him to do that!! The other doctors said he should not do that because your taking a risk of getting an infection. Please do not go there!! I spend 4,000 on my implants and it was a waste of money because I have my rt implant replaced and spend 5,000 dollars to fix… his error.

I had a a extremely bad experience with this Dr.. My Implants were implanted up to high and under the armpits. There wasn't enough scar tissue removed for the implants to drop into place. Besides being misshaped, It has been extremely painful, I am now experiencing numbness in the chest and neck. Extreme tightness and muscle spasms. This doctor admitted that he didn't think they would move down and that he would do any thing for me. When I asked him for the money back he said absolutely not. After my experience, I feel, he is not at all qualified to do any breast augmentations. I have since made an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon. This board certified doctor said my Implants would not drop as the procedure he used was incorrect.
