I I have been a patient with Dr Torres for over 15 years this past year he assigned my care to his physician assistant/osvany bermundez. I am 6o years old and have several full blood labs completed and annual physical however bermundez never informed me of a shingles vaccination or recommended that I receive it later I came down with a serious case of shingles and had to receive proper medication for approximately a month this it's clearly incompetence and health risk to a patient

Office Manager & staff are Incompetent and Unprofessional... I have been a patient of Dr. Torres for over fifteen years and during this period his Medical office have had many turnovers of staff which has gone from bad to worst. Most of the staff try being bilingual but have problems listening and communicating on the phone when a patient calls in with questions and often give the incorrect message to the Doctor. The Office Manager Anna is Incompetent and fails to listen and understand a patinet conerns while over looking when the office staff is rude and disrespectful to the patients. the physician's assistant/ Osvany Bermudez is learning the same incompetent unprofessional communication of not listening to the patient's conerns..but always insisting the patient take more labs when the patient dont even have any medical condition which would requre more blood work. Clearly this is to have the patient schedule another appointment for billing.

Osvaldo Torres is typical of those individuals that claim to be doctors. He preys on his patients; especially on the elderly and recently arrived immigrants to the United States who speak little to no English. Take a good look at his face. It represents deceit and lies. If you tell him that you have a certain health problem, he will say it is just a mental state of mind. In other words, if you break your leg and the bone is sticking out of its flesh; he will say it is just an optical illusion. Seriously, there should be a law that says that you have to study a minimum number of years in a medical school that is licensed in the United States of America before you can practice medicine in America. His solution to your health problems is to give you a paper with a list of Do's and Do Nots. He feels threatened by the sight of anyone that is taller and bigger then him in size. If your height is over 5 foot 9 and up, he will make comments that says you are to tall for someone that is of a… certain ethnicity or heritage. Same goes for weight. An example: On one of my visits, patients in the lobby overheard tell a young man, who was in his 20's, that he was overweight because he was extremely tall. Note: The young man was about 6 foot 6 and about 215-220 pounds and he said he used to play basketball in high school. He is quite disrespectful to the female patients and to his female staff. If you are a woman, think twice before you go to him.
