Dr. Othman Najib El-Alami, MD

My wife first introduced me to Dr. El-Alami a couple of years ago. She thought him to be a very special doctor and trusted him; my wife is a cancer survivor of ten years, and knows everything about doctors. Trusting her expertise in this important area, I decided to give him a try as my primary doctor, and now I am so very pleased to have made this wise decision.Unlike so many other physicians, Dr. El-Alami does not make me feel that I have to apologize for being ill and taking up his time. He displays a genuine interest in my well-being and health. He takes his time examining me, explaining his diagnosis and treatment, volunteering information unasked for but deeply appreciated by me: little things, like covering my nose and my mouth with a scarf outdoors to reduce the inflammation from an upper respiratory infection, or eating only one starch at dinner to take off those unnecessary pounds. Nadia, his wife, works in the office with him, so she also knows all of the patients and their… medical history. How reassuring it is to witness a continuity of a medical team, unlike all those other offices where the staff is constantly changing and they haven't a clue as to who I am. And if you are suffering from a medical problem, Nadia will get you an appointment on that day, if necessary. No suggestion of going to the emergency room if you cannot wait until next week or next month to see the doctor.I highly recommend Dr. El-Alami. He is truly a great doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. El-Alami for 7 years now, and he is an Excellent doctor, knowlegable and very caring. Even though the wait to see him is a bit longer than normal, it is still worthwhile to stay with this excellent doctor ! Keep up the great work. :)
