Dr. Otto Wilhelm Trinkl, MD

Dr. Trinkl performed a procedure on me at Cheshire Medical Center/Day Surgery. He is a phenomenal doctor who is knowledgeable, respectful and professional. I could tell he cares about his patients, and the entire procedure from when I arrived to when the nurse walked me out to meet my husband, was unbelievable. Everyone there was willing to answer any questions I had, and reassure me by listening and also explaining things I was unsure about. Best experience I've had at Cheshire Medical.

I was completely pleased with Dr. Tinkl and his team in providing skilled care for a colonoscopy. I asked for no sedative or anesthesia and Dr. Tinkl was fine with that. He answered my questions and the procedure went fine. I appreciated his recommendations after the procedure as I am apparently a higher risk patient.

Dr. Trinkl is a kind gentleman and competent doctor. After learning a little bit about my reasons for requesting this, he honored my wishes to undergo an upper GI endoscopy and colonoscopy without any drugs, something I had discovered is fairly frequently done without sedation in many European countries, and which he had experience with as a German-educated gastroenterologist. It was an excellent experience for me and relatively pain free. He was very gentle and efficient, with a calm, reassuring bedside manner.
