My experience is far from 5 stars. My initial appointment with Dr. Pennycooke was pleasant, seemed thorough & I was pleased. However, beyond that it was downhill. I saw him in January, set up an ultrasound & another phone appt soon after. The appointment was cancelled 3x with an excuse “he’s extremely busy being the only doctor”. What? I have an appointment! If the dr. Had an emergency, which do arise, then my appointment call should be made after hours. Needless to say, I finally have my appointment via phone in April to finally get my results from January. His recommendation is an ablation which his office would call to schedule. That call NEVER came! After 6 weeks I chose to have my records transferred to someone else. I DO NOT recommend this doctor due to his & his office staff’s lack of patient concerns & reliability. He may be a very good doctor, however, his staff & reason for consistent cancellations & NEVER calling to schedule a procedure is unacceptable.

it is so easy to critique an organization, or a person when they don’t perform to expectations. I’m pressed for time to leave the country, and at the same time, I’m worried about my health. You have a staff member who has been my go-to person if I needed information, setting up exam procedures, passing important information to you. She made me feel I was in good hands with your office. This lady, Lauren, has been a person who kept me in sync with you, with my other doctors, and hospitals. Lauren was accurate, professional, and clear—thanks to her, my procedures have gone smoothly. I would like to thank you and your office for making sure I’m safe. Juan Canales

Dr Pennycooke is one of the most caring and knowledgeable physicians I’ve ever been to. He explained my diagnosis, gave me options for my treatment and absolutely made me feel confident in my decision for treatment. I wouldn’t go to anyone else and would recommend my family and friends.

When I was told I had to see a vascular doctor, my immediate reaction was fear. When I went to see Dr. Pennycooke, he sent me for tests and the results showed I had a lot of damage. He sat with me, explained the options and told me not to worry. There is something about him that is calming. A true professional. He operated on me twice, and each time it was a success. He tries to use the least invasive procedures. He cares about the patient and has a positive, happy attitude. His staff is second to none. They are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. When you go to the office you don't feel like a patient, you feel like part of their family. I really feel Dr. Pennycooke saved my life. According to the tests and of course my lifestyle, I knew I had a serious condition. Now I am back to myself and I thank God for putting him in my path. Highly recommended.

Dr. Pennycooke is in my opinion the absolute best and most professional of surgeons that i had the pleasure of using. He is compassionate and so knowledgeable in his field and practice. His office and surgical room is spotless and his staff goes the extra mile to make you comfortable.5 Star to the entire experience and office. Will only use this practice.

Not the guy you want if you want a guy to sit down and tell you what's wrong.Spends no time with patient and cant handle challenging cases go to Dr Brook great doctor

very easy to reach. best bedside manners i haver seen. My whole family loves Dr Pennycooke. I would recommend him to anyone
