Dr Perlman has been my daughter's doctor since her MVA 17 years ago. You won't find a more caring and understanding doctor than this. We never ever feel as if he is rushing us when we have our appointment time with him and he always makes sure any questions or concerns that we may have are taken care of before he leaves our patient room. When my daughter first was released from the hospital we ended up going to another doctor who was closer to where we lived. After 6 months of a doctor who barely listened to what we had to say and rushed our appointments we called and asked if we could please come back to Dr Perlman and have never ever regretted our decision. We have nothing but respect for Dr Perlman and thank God that this doctor came into my daughter's life. (We also appreciate his staff and Brooke is wonderful!)

backed up two months for a visit. needs more people for paperwork. Held up my benefits and disability claims every time causing benefits to be paid late(I don't think He realizes people depend on that). Excellent doctor his therepest are second to none

My son has had a brain injury since 1997from a car accident. We went to numerous doctors and received minimal help until we were referred by Rainbow Rehabilitation in Ypsilanti to Dr. Perlman. Within 2 months Dr. Perlman was able to help my son more than ANY doctor we had been to previously. You may have a wait time in his office but it is because he cares so much for his patients and spends as much time with a patient as needed. We have had evening appointments with Dr. P where he is seeing patients until 9 to 10:00 p.m.!! We don't mind the wait at all because we know when it's our turn with Dr. Perlman we receive his undivided care and attention. This is THE ONLY doctor to go to if you have a TBI - he's wonderful! You will get the best care with him.

He is the very best in his field.If you have a brain injury he is the "go to" guy. Do not settle for less. He is worth the wait and will do everything possible to get you the best diagnosis and treatment.If you don't want or need the best, you may get someone else to see you sooner. But he is most assuredly worth the wait.Remember, while you are waiting, he is giving the best of care to another patient. When you turn comes, you will get the best.
