Was her patient for over 7 years and had to cancel appointment just once - they demand penalty of $150 before re-scheduling and giving me new prescription for medicine i depend on very much - withdrawal provokes strong side effects like lack of coordination, nausea, headache, severe disorientation and fatigue and this is how I feel without the medication right now! Stating obvious, the withdrawal may lead/ leads to severe exacerbation of the condition. I believe that the behavior is unethical, contrary to the medical values and beliefs, dangerous to patients and simply inhuman.

The office made me wait for an hour, just because the secretary forgot to tell Oksana I’m waiting for her. However when i had a tragedy in my family and missed the appointment they refused to scheduel any unless i pay $150. What a beautiful double standards.
