Dr. Pablo Roberto Proano, MD

A really compassionate provider!

I showed up early after arranging child care and beating the Seattle traffic. There was another patient in the waiting room whom the Dr. called before myself. About 5 mins later, Dr.Proano came out and introduced himself and gave me the obligatory paperwork and said he would be with me in 20 mins. this was at 9:30am which was the time of my scheduled appointment. After filling out the paper work I really started to think-why did I break my hump to get here on time just to be at least 20 minutes late from getting into the office with the Dr.. I find this completely out of line with a professional-and a mental health professional at that. He offered no apology and acted somewhat smug. I left with my paper work and a note for him stating the obvious-9:30am is 9:30 am. Is my time less valuable than yours? I thought maybe he would call to inquire but that's a joke. I have no more patience for "professionals" who constantly double book and show little or no regard for my time so that… they can maximize their own income at the expense of my own.

This review. Was very 'bug y' hung & had issues responding. Difficulty using from my apple 4-s. Dr. Proano is kind, courteous, & gets to bottom of things fairly rapidly. He is the first Dr. to medicate me in a truly functional way.

I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism and interest Dr. Proano displayed during my recent visits. Proano appeared in a bad mood during my last visit, and made no effort to discuss anything unrelated to prescriptions (this was after Dr. Proano was an hour late to the appointment). I have begun my search for a new doctor. I would not recommend Dr. Proano to new patients.

I had to wait past my appointment time to see the dr while he was on the phone talking about a soccer game to a buddy of his. When I did get called in to see him he was in his stocking feet.
