I have been a patient for a long time and love the doctor. Her staff is horrible. I have been trying to get a vital prescription refilled for a little over a week. No response by phone or several messages from my pharmacy

Their staff is horrible and I personally like the doctor, she’s much better than my previous doc, however the staff!! I called them 4 times to send over a referral and alas I had to come over to pick it up, still took 25 minutes to print one piece of paper, ridiculous.

I'm not an easy patient but she handles me just fine and with patience.

Small practice , she spends time w the patient, uses technology to make appointments and access your own records . But as a doctor very poor diagnostic and she lacks understanding of pharmacology . Prescribed meds to me that could not be taken together, diagnosed a pneumonia as a cold . She is against antibiotics and tends to call everything a cold. Beware! She is not a top doctor .
