Terrible doctor. I went to the er for sudden onset headache and fainting. This so called doctor was incredibly rude to me, my husband and the er staff. Kept asking me about drug use, I don't do drugs. Then when she finally saw me the next day she again accused me of doing drugs due to a certain drug being in my urine. The er gave me it for my pain, which is in the notes. She said she quesses that explains it. She didn't even go over any tests with me. Luckily the hospital doctor came in and went over everything very well. Stay far away from her.

What does it mean when you are the “on call” doctor or this doctor will be paged. Since it was a weekend I was told Dr. Gutti would be paged to assist. She never called. I attempted to go to the immediate care center, however was turned away because they were over capacity. When I called the hospital they were at a 3 1/2 hour wait. A call from my doctor’s team might’ve saved me the pain and suffering or frustration of waiting for help. What does it mean when they say they’re going to page a doctor or that they are the on-call doctor? Does it mean they’ll check your page and see if they wanna call back? Does it mean they’re busy that day but occasionally will check to see if they have pages? If this doctor was paged , why didn’t she call back. I was in a lot of pain that day and was very disappointing to not have anyone call me.

I waited 45 mintues and she did not show for the appointment. Front desk was unhelpful and not proactive in communicating the delays. Very unprofessional.

I called to let them know I accidentally hit the wrong address on my GPS and was running late. Literally walked in 17 min late and was told I couldn't be seen because the doctor was running behind. There was Literally a single person in the waiting room who got called back when I walked in. The truth is, i think, is that Megan at the front desk, and her associates wanted to go home. I had to drive 45 minutes and wait 2 months for this appointment and they could really care less. My husband starts his radiation and chemo for his Brain through Nothwestern and this office left me with such a bad taste in my mouth I am considering having him go elsewhere. I'm not even sure if they actually asked the doctor. Terrible customer service. No compassion whatsoever. Would not recommend

The best neurologist that I’ve met so far who explains in detail of my condition, comes up with a plan that suits my needs. Can’t say enough of the efficient staff and follow up on results.

Seen on time, efficient staff and the most compassionate doctor that I have ever met.

Very caring and professional. Explains a lot regarding the condition. Would totally recommend her to my friends and family.
