Dr. Padmini Santosh, MD

Had to see her for a problem! She was nice to this old lady! I would go see her again.

Working with Dr. Santosh was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. My regular doctor was out and I saw her because I was having very bad peri-menopause systems. For several days I have been throwing up each time I had a hot flash so I felt I needed to see someone. She said nothing about the fact that my blood pressure and heart rate were very high. No one even checked them again to see if it went down. She didn't ask any questions about the treatment I had received prior to seeing her or any questions about my health overall. She immediately suggested a treatment that, if she had asked, she would have known that I had already tried the treatment and it didn't help. When I told her this, she got upset - said there were no other options she could suggest, told me that I just needed to realize that this was my new normal and said that she had been suffering with hot flashes for 10 years. She got defensive when I got upset with her suggestion and basically told me she could… do nothing and I needed to just get my annual with my regular doc. I left in tears. When I called to complain the VPFW, they were initially empathetic but when I said that I did not feel that I should be billed for such bad health care, their story suddenly change and I was told that they can't just write off the appointment for every person who has a "disagreement" with one of their doctors. I didn't have a disagreement with doctor. I didn't get any care from the doctor. Completely different. So I have no recourse for getting the crapping, awful care.

I've been seeing Dr. Santosh for over 8 years. She is honest, thorough, and very caring!

Very pleased with Dr. Santosh services and bedside manners. Always pleasant.
