I bring a whole-person perspective to clients navigating both complex medical and mental health needs. My approach is compassionate and evidence-based: we’ll set goals together, use strategies that fit your life, and build resilience you can rely on long after sessions end.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma, bipolar disorder, grief, and social anxiety. I’m also passionate about women’s health and perinatal concerns, LGBTQ+ affirming care, family support, and strengthening self-esteem.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman's University and a Doctor of Nursing Practice with a focus in Psychiatry and Mental Health from Texas Christian University. Beyond direct care, I’ve presented research at state conferences and contributed to nursing education, which keeps my practice current and grounded in what works.
