office staff hostile and agressive. call to day, august 10, 2023, to make an appt for painful hands, was told that i can be seen until october 12, 2023. wow. was told to go to an urgent care! i am call humana to file a complaint.

Does not follow up with patients and can’t be bothered with their needs.

Dr Durai is a breath of fresh air. A doctor that really cares about his patients. My Mom myself and my husband went to Dr Durai for 20 years. If he can't find out what is wrong with you he will find someone that can and they are always the best. He is so wonderful. I also send my tenant

Dr Durai is such a great doctor. I have been seeing him for years since he was in Tarpon Springs. Never hesistates to ask what is wrong and giving advise on what improvements should be made in order to better my health. I recently had 2 stents put in one leg from a blockage no other doctor ever found. This was the same leg I broke 1 year ago. As soon as he found it he sent to me a cardiologist same day to reslove this issue. I thank him so much for this since I have a family history of blood clots and never knew I had one.

I had a traumatic head injury when I fell on tile, passed out, bled A LOT. Was rushed to the hospital and had stitches and tests. This was 2 weeks ago. I followed up with Dr. Durai and asked him for a few painkillers because I cannot sleep and cry for half of the day from the pain. He refused and said he would send me to physical therapy. How on earth do you physical therapy a head??? I'm assuming he thinks I must be an addict and I'm totally insulted. I'm 61 and can count on one hand the number of painkiller prescriptions I have gotten in my life. He is guilty of neglecting me, his patient, and not doing his job and is a quack!

Dr. Durai has been practicing medicine for 30 years and his experience is obvious. I previously have seen younger doctors who have good backgrounds but may not catch some problems that Dr. Durai will find with ease because of his experience. I had some questions and he answered them very well. He performed two tests that no other primary physician has ever performed on me before. The first was checking the pulse in both of my wrists at the same time. Uneven pulse in the limbs can be an indicator of Periferal Artery Disease. The second was an examination with his stethoscope on my carotid arteries. My cardiologist has done this but I have never had this done by a primary physician. Dr. Dubai is also certified in Geriatric Medicine, meaning that he is well versed in the diseases of aging. This will be very beneficial to me as I continue to age.
