DO NOT GO HERE. They are dishonest about billing (see other reviews as well) and lack basic professional courtesy when faced with their own mistakes. This provider was dropped from my boyfriend’s insurance in between his first and second visits, but he was told when checking in at his second appointment that “all charges were covered.” When we received a substantial surprise bill, the receptionist outright lied and said he was informed of the change when he wasn’t (other reviews on google for instance also mention dishonest estimates—telling). Not only that, she was highly rude and condescending (suggesting we were idiots and should “educate” ourselves on insurance) in response to firm but reasonable questioning. I was listening and was honestly gobsmacked. I have not heard an adult talk like that outside of TV in years. This practice should be ashamed of itself and its unprofessional response to its own poor organization.
