Dr. Pamela Jean Boyer, MD

I really don’t like reviews…anyone can say anything and it could be a complete lie. I read a few back reviews about this doctor—but they are not true for me. She was absolutely AWESOME. I did not come to her as a high risk pregnancy, but my delivery was life threatening. She saved my child’s life 13 years ago this month. I say my thank yous three times on his birthday (the lord, Dr. Boyer, and his father).

She's bipolar. Enough said.

Dr. Boyer made heroic efforts to save a pregnancy that did, sadly, end in a stillbirth. During my stay of seven weeks she spent much time with me and was always compassionate and caring...she essentially saved my life and her skills and availability later gave me a son I so badly wanted. I will always have fond memories of her and always be grateful for her skills and caring.

I had the fortune to meet her and have her as a doctor for my first daughter and she was outstanding... so sorry we moved out of Los Angeles! Best Best doctor EVER!

Doesn't care about not viable pregnancy patients. I didn't get any treatment for my MC complications.

I had my consul with her... and she spent more than 1 hour with me... we were shocked... no other doctor does that... specially OBs... specially someone who is a high risk OB... she caught something that 5 other doctors never payed attention too.. I can't be happier with my choice to see her!

I have been to Boyer's office twice, and she herself is very nice and thorough--and she comes well recommended. She is conservative in her approach as she deals with high-risk patients, but you do get the feeling you're in good hands. However, be prepared to wait and wait and wait in the lobby and to deal with office staff who are not always very helpful.
