Dr. Pamela Jo Connors, MD

I highly recommend Dr Connors. I have had three colonoscopies from her, I wouldn,t have went for the last two if I didn,t think she was wonderful, her new place at River Valley in Norwich where she works on Fridays is excellent, the nurses are wonderful, there are many great doctors there, so if you need a procedure done that's the place to go

Dr. Connors was arrogant and condescending. Her staff, though polite to me, seemed afraid of her. She did not listen to any symptoms or history from me or my referring physician and just ordered up a laundry list of lab tests, possibly a standardized routine. Her diagnosis was based on one test widely known in the profession for false results, and her subsequent treatment almost put me into the hospital emergency room.

I saw Dr Connors about 20 years ago. She was wonderful. At an ER visit for abdominal pain and vomiting for 5 days, I was given a list of gastroenterologists for follow up. Several weren't taking new patients, and others required that I have a physical before being seen. Many phone calls later I got an appointment for a physical, and I was lucky to get a physician who knew Dr Connors. After taking vitals, the physician quickly determined proceeding with a physical was unnecessary, and called Dr. Connors. Not only did Dr Connors see me immediately, she also fit me in for an endoscopy at the last minute before going on vacation. She quickly diagnosed my condition and got me treated promptly. One of her nurses said, "That's Dr. Connors, she won't leave until she's helped every patient she can!"

I met Dr Connors a short while ago and was immediately relaxed while talking with her. She is funny and engaging and I felt completely confident in having my first colonoscopy She was very accommodating as far as scheduling. She takes time to listen and has a great bedside manner. She listens to you!!! I will take any GI problems to her and highly recommend her. She knows her stuff.

After suffering for 6 months, losing a tremendous amount of weight and having two other doctors shrug off my complaints, Dr. Connors nailed my problem and has me on the path to a healthy life. She took me in on an emergency basis - even though she's a very busy doctor. I am indebted to her.

Dr. Connors is the greatest! Have been fortunate to have her services for l3 yrs. There is no gastro Dr. that I would trust more fully with my gastro health. She has brought me through many diverticulitius attacks and various other health issues. Her expertise and accuracy is amazing, also she is a very warm & understanding person. You'll never go wrong in her care!

I feel Dr. Pamela Connors is very compassionate about her patient. She is very thorough, listens well and takes time with you.

Dr Connors is an excellent physician. She is sympathic to the uninsured, rates are fair, follow up is excellent, and she doesn't order tests just to do them. She is wonderful!

I can think of NO!! Other doctor I would trust poking around inside of me. She has my complete faith and a bed side manner that other doctors should try to emulate!
