I am a licensed psychotherapist and certified addictions counselor who sees clients both in the office and over telehealth. Additionally I have training in neuropsychology meaning I will teach you how your brain works regarding anxiety and trauma and demonstrate how my solutions help heal you and all this can be done through showing you a model of a brain as I explain through our telehealth screen. My expansive background includes training in Functional Medicine, Buddhism, Self Realization and A Course In Miracles. My holistic trainings and east-west practice supports you where you are and how you choose to move forward. I have been in private practice for 17 years and grew up in a family that suffered from stress induced anxiety so I have a lifetime of experience.
