this is not a Dr that will replace your primary care Dr, but she will assist you if you have issues with weight and need guidance or assistance in learning how to eat and change your lifestyle to be able to get off medication in the future. my goal is to get off the insulin and high blood pressure medication she was very detailed and went over everything i needed to do to make these changes in my life and diet. i told her were i struggled she gave me helpful suggestions and alternatives also medication for energy and apatite suppressant. i do feel motivated now because i am not constantly hungry or thinking about food. she is a good dr.

This is not a medical office. It is a diet program run by medically trained staff. I was directly informed, by the doctor, they are not capable of running lab work or medical tests. Also, the do not accept or any medical insurance. I am a retired medical professional with education in nutrition, anatomy, and fitness. Everything they offer here can be gotten by simply working together with a good nutritionist and a general practitioner. Plus, that would probably be, at least partially, covered by your insurance. Also, the doctor was aggressive, condescending, & fat-phobic. She berated & interrupted me repeatedly while trying to answer her questions. Despite being informed I am autistic, she did not accommodate my disability in any way during our conversation to allow me time to process & understand what I was being asked. If you are looking for compassion, a genuine support system, people who understand your body & genuinely want to help you meet your goals, this is not the place.… This place is not about lifestyle change or health, it's about diet culture and weight-loss. If you are on the spectrum or suffer from any mental health issues that make you sensitive in social situations, if you have speech or communication issues, or if you have any history with emotional abuse, shame, etc. This is not a good doctor for you.
