Dr. PAMELA GALLAGHER, MD is a board-certified plastic surgeon with over forty years of experience in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. She is a leading expert in cleft lip and cleft palate surgery, and specializes in breast reductions covered by insurance. 

As a leading authority on the latest surgery techniques, Dr. Gallagher has lectured widely on many topics in plastic surgery and has authored numerous articles in both professional and consumer media. She volunteers with Heal the Children and was formerly the Associate Director at the St. Charles Cleft Palate Clinic. She consults regularly at Cohen’s Children’s, Winthrop, Southside and Good Samaritan Hospitals on children born with cleft deformities as well as adults who require revisions to previous cleft surgery.
