She always Google's my symptoms,lack of knowledge, always gets my medication dates of expiration confused,I usually end up blaming the pharmacist, when in fact it's her responsibility, recently diagnosed with esophageal cancer when I asked her for pain meds,she told me to take tylenol, cancer is very painful.I think a veterinarian has more knowledge than this doctor ,I am done with her.

She is not a good doctor. Her nurse use the f word. Terrible time wasted and miss diagnosis. Had time getting a appointment. And she talks to much about her personal life.

Dr Pam Hackle is a excellent doctor. I am new in town. I have several health issues. Dr. Pam listens to me, she is very patient with me. She took and did blood work and has called me at home to make sure that the new medication is working. She is very caring. If you want a good doctor that will help you find your health issues and help you feel better I highly recommend her. Thank you Dr. Pam Hackle

My gratitude to Dr Hackl. She is very proactive. She decided to run an EKG on me on a visit and found a heart issue. I have since been through multiple procedures. I feel she saved my life since I would have never known had she not decided to run that test. I also love the fact that she likes natural remedies instead of always pushing drugs.

She is a piece of crap! You need to go in every other month and pay for office visit just to get meds refilled. Office visit costs are high but if you want to address an issue that costs more. Get her out of Bedford !!

If you read a positive review on this doctor, it was planted there by her or the office because there is nothing good about her. I know because I went there for over 20 years. What a mistake! I was mis-diagnosed several times and that caused me years of intense pain and huge expences! Many mistakes made in the office that cost me alot of money also. You do NOT see Hackl, you see her rotating interns. I have informed Bedford officials about her practice, they were aware and are keeping a close watch on her. Don’t go to this office and please relay that to family and friends, she has no business being in the Bedford area she can go practise in Perrysburg where she’s from. She is a Money only scavenger.

Dr. Hackl as well as her staff are wonderful, never had any issues that couldn't be resolved with then.

The office staff is very courteous and genuine. The doctor is always caring and truly cares about her patients. She has taken her time every time I have been in the office. Every concern has always been addressed. She has always treated me like a person and never a number. It feels great to have trust in her care for my medical needs. Great Doctor!

I have been going to her office for more than `10 years and I think I receive excellent care from all their staff. They give personalized care and counsel. I really appreciate everything they have done for me.

I went thru a difficult time with my family and she followed up with me on a sunday. When I ever I go in she always takes her time with me and answers all of my questions. I like that she is open to alternative options pills. She has given me acupuncture and that worked wonders for me. Her office staff has always been very helpful and pleasant to me.
