Dr. Pamela Kay Hilton, MD

I really like Dr Hilton but she doesn't have convienent hours, I always have to wait for my appointment and it is difficult to get a hold of the staff.

I like Dr. Hilton very much.She has diagnosed correctly my ailmentsand has been very sympathetic and reassuring. I have no complaints onlycompliments.I will admit it can be annoying to waitbut then she spends time with me.

I've always had a positive experience with Dr. Hilton. The only problem I have is the wait to see her .

The quetionaire asked me how many times I was married and for how long to each and about their health, It is none of their business, my ex husbands do not effect my health, The staff told me even with my full Medicare and Anthem Senior Advantage health insurance I could not see the doctor if I didnt sign a release form to PAY In Full anything above what my insurances cover, I think my insurance was even to be paid. I refused so I did not get to see the doctor

My experience with this medical office was absolutely terrible. I had my yearly female screening done and the results came back showing something abnormal. When I questioned the nurse to see if she could give me more information as to what may have caused the abnormality she simply told me she had no idea and that I should look it up on the internet. I asked to speak to the doctor and was told no just as I have been told several times in the past. When I do get to actually see the doctor she spends less that 5 minutes in the room with me. During my most recent visit I was trying to ask her some questions and she got up and left the room with out answering anything. I left her office in tears. I have never had any serious medical conditions and to be told now that I do with out any other explanation other than to look on the internet is not acceptable. I do not feel as though she should be aloud to continue to practice medicine with out her and her staff at the very least taking… extensive sensitivity training.
