My daughter been going here since a new born and it’s so sicken and erking that now she’s older any paper work for school no matter if I have an appt or not I have to pay for the form to be filled out it’s not fair and definitely unnecessary I love the staff and service up until now but honestly thinking of switching to a different office only cause I checked around and this 10$ fee is no taken anywhere else but here it’s definitely leaving a bad taste only because now a days schools want so many forms filled up she only going to 1st grade and i believe I gave 50$ so this is crazy..... so to sum it up great place great staff but they are getting over charging each time a form is needed ready to take my child’s records and seriously go elseswhere

Charge extra for every service. Staff gets info for patients wrong. Alot of non concideration for patients. This office doesn't make a patient's visit easy if a referral is needed or work papers signed.
