She treated me as a number, not as a patient. When I asked her about the carpal tunnel syndrome, she replied with this answer: HERE IS THE CHART! She did not want to take the time with her kindness to answer. She should not be a doctor, anymore, and I truly wish that she loses her license to be a doctor. Stay away from her.

I had to wait 1.5 hours from the time of my appointment to be seen by the doctor (and then I got 10 min with her). I will never go back and would not recommend the doctor to others because of the way this office seems to over schedule patients.

She is the best in her field to me. Very easy to talk to and she explains everything so you know what is going to happen. I would recommend her to everyone!

This is my 2nd thumb basal joint reconstruction (both hands) by Dr. Jones along with a couple of wrist tendon surgeries also by her. Honestly, there is nothing I could expect that isn't provided by a professional and personal manner by Dr. Jones and her staff. I would recommend her to anyone requiring hand surgery.
