Fantastic doctor and excellent staff. We moved here from New Orleans ans we loved our prior ped office. I was worried we wouldn't be able to find one so good, but Dr Klein and her staff have far exceeded our expectations.

Great office, wonderful front staff. Dr Klein answer all my questions and concerns. Heck even praise me for my choice of vaccines. Honestly couldn't be happier. Tip through for her office. When making appointments do not ask for the nurse line. Front desk Christy will put you on the schedule faster. Made that mistake once with the nurse line. Gave me an appointment one week out. Called back the ne xt day to reschedule and Christy put us on the same day.

We recently switched to her for our 14 month old after moving here from Crestview. Her bedside manner is terrible, she barely spent any time talking to us. on our last visit, our daughter had a routine vision check and they told us that there may be some sort of vision problem. she said that she was going to refer us to a pediatric eye doctor and we would get a call in a couple days. two weeks later I call them to ask what was going on about the referral, and the referral coordinator said that there was nothing in her file about needing a referral, and that the doctor "forgot". We also taken her in a few weeks ago regarding a diaper rash, she prescribed a cream which took care of it. However on our well check a week later, she did not even look to see how she was doing or ask about the rash.

Dr. Klein is knowledgeable, kind and my son and daughter love her. They are excited to go to the doctor!

Wouldn't see anyone else. She's awesome and my kids love her. Goes above and beyond and is super smart.

My daughter does not see Dr. Klein but she was the one who called me back during after hours. She seemed extremely irritated that I was calling on a night during a holiday (because obviously I wanted my daughter to be sick) and she was not friendly at all. Every doctor that has called me back during after hours has been extremely nice and helpful. Dr. Klein needs an ego check.
