Dr. Moss is an absolutely top notch doctor. Highly recommend her. She was a game changer for our son and we are blessed to have found her.

Terrible excuse for a doctor. Consistently diagnoses incorrectly and gives incorrect doses of medication. Very condescending, rude, and mean. Please go to any other psychiatrist.

I have been seeing Dr Moss for 15 years. Her knowledge is beyond reproach. I am bipolar and have benefitted from her medication expertise, monitoring and adjusting as needed through the years.

I have been a patient of Dr. Moss for over 10 years. She is an outstanding doctor. Always professional, always takes time to listen and to explain clearly the reasons for her observations and recommendations for treatment. She has helped identify the appropriate medications and dosages to keep my depression stabilized and help me live a normal life. Her office manager is always professional and courteous and I am never kept waiting for more than 5 minutes. I would highly recommend Dr. Moss to any of my family or friends.

I went to see Dr. Moss for help with anxiety and depression, and I left her office feeling ten times worse. The appointment was rushed, and she didn't seem to care at all. She listened to me speak for a few minutes before writing me a prescription for antidepressants and sending me on my way. The absolute worst part of the experience was dealing with her secretary, who was by far the rudest person I have ever met in my life. She must get off on insulting people with mental disabilities. Seriously, do not ever go here.

She is very smart and thorough, perceptive, if a little cool.

Dr. Moss is selective about choosing who she will continue provide care to, being more apt to make time to evaluate a new patient (think about that new patient evaluation fee) than schedule an appt. to see a patient who needs help. When I called to schedule an appt. for my daughter who was having difficulties after a serious injury, Dr. Moss's assistant informed me that she could probably set up an appt. for a new patient evaluation in several weeks. After she realized my daughter was not a new patient, she explained there was an office rule where she needed to check with Dr. Moss before setting up an appt.....I then got a call back and was told Dr. Moss couldn't see my daughter for two months (instead of the several weeks for a new patient eval), therefore Dr. Moss suggested we try to find a new Psychiatrist. When I called back several times explaining that I wasn't able to find someone to give me an appt. any sooner, and that my daughter had stated a preference to see Dr. Moss… since she already knew her, I was repeatedly told that the assistant hadn't had a chance to talk to Dr. Moss and that Dr. Moss hadn't given permission to her to set up an appt.....this went on for several weeks during which time another doctor informed me that Dr. Moss's office had called her to dicsuss my daughters situation. After several weeks the assistant because visibly upset when I contacted her to find out whether she had spoken to Dr. Moss yet (obviously we knew she had), and stopped returning my calls. In case you are thinking perhaps this was a child with significant behavioral issues that Dr. Moss didn't want to see, that couldn't be further from the truth. Dr. Moss declined to continue seeing my child because my child was a slightly more difficult case because of other health issues that contradict certain medications and would have required additional follow up by Dr. Moss. Dr. Moss showed a complete lack of empathy for my daughter situation, along with a lack of honesty, integrity and medical ethics.

As an adolescent moving into adulthood diagnoses with Bipolar I, I have been to my share of psychiatrists. Dr. Moss really took the time to get to know me, more than just medication management. She took all my concerns about medication seriously and worked with me, meeting every two weeks until we found something that worked. I have now been stable for 5 years. Dr. Moss still takes the time to make sure everything is going well in my life more than just my mental health.

She is an incredibly intelligent woman who doesn't do anything without proper research, questioning and thought. I switched to her as an adolescent after I felt my initial doctor was more interested in my check than my well being. Dr. Moss did intensive research on my medical history, spoke with me and my family and considered all possible treatments before creating a specialized treatment for me. In addition, she takes the time to explain WHY she suggests one treatment over another and doesn't move forward until you feel like you understand all of your treatment option. I highly recommend this doctor.
