THE OFFICE STAFF FAILED TO TELL ME 2CE OF TESTS THAT WERE ORDERED. I FOUND OUT WHEN I CALLED THE LAB TO SCHED. FROM ANOTHER DOCTOR THAT THERE WAS A TEST WAITING THERE FOR ME, AND AGAIN IT HAPPENED FOR AN ULTRASOUND THAT I WAS UNAWARE I WAS TO GET UNTIL I CALLED THE RADIOLOGY GROUP TO SCHEDULE A TEST FROM ANOTHER DOCTOR. I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT THE STAFF WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO COVER FOR EACH OTHER AND I COULD NOT GET AN APPOINTMENT FOR WEEKS WITH THE MD THAT I WAS WITH SO I SWITCHED TO THE RN. iT WAS NOT A GREAT EXPERIENCE. EVERYONE WAS A VERY NICE PERSON BUT THERE WERE TOO MANY CONTINUOS PROBLEMS.

I tried booking an appointment by phone I they had me waiting for 22 minutes. So, I gave up and tried booking an appointment through the website ZocDoc. I got a text message confirming the appointment. When I got to the office, the staff told me there had been a mistake with their system. Never apologized and I wasted my whole morning.
