This woman is a scam. First, she insisted on taking her own x-rays, even though my dentist had just done some, and was offering to send them. Then, for a second appointment, after an examination, during which she did NO treatment, she sold me "special" mouthwash and toothpaste that she claimed would be essential for my gums, insisted I pay cash for them, and told me to get them only from her, not online, because the online ones were "fake." I Googled it afterwards and she charged $20 over the retail price for the EXACT product. THEN, when my insurance approved the "deep cleaning" procedure she recommended, once I got to the office, they asked for $60 over what my insurance said they would cover. I pointed out they could have told me this over the phone, when they approved the treatment. They wouldn't explain what the extra payment was for. They didn't force me to pay it, and wrote "no" next to the $60 charge, but went forward with the cleaning. BUT, they only cleaned half of my mouth,… which took 15 minutes, and then theystopped. This cleaning was done with the same tools my regular dentist uses. She then insisted that I make a second appointment to do the other half. (So they could get an insurance payment on a second procedure). This woman's practice is a total scam. She is milking patients for every dime she can get. Avoid her at all costs, (and those costs will be many!).
