Dr. Pamela Henderson Richardson, MD

Dr. Richardson has a nice personality but that's about as much good I have to say about this practice. We had an issue with the insurance and wrote about it online, and she called me and offered $75 for me to delete the comment, which I did. I wasn't planning to go back and was looking for another dentist, but they did call us for a cleaning months later and I thought she may have decided to take us back, so was planning to go back for the cleaning. The day of the appointment we called to ask a question about the insurance, and they told my husband that the Dr. wasn't comfortable seeing us again and asked us not to show up -later on she called my husband to apologize but they never offered another appointment. That's for the administration part. Medically, I got a cleaning done and a cavity filled. I had a lot of pain from the procedure -which the doctor blamed on me (never mind she didn't wait for the local anesthesia to work). Months later I went to another dentist because I had… discomfort on that tooth, and apparently the problem was that the filling was not properly done, and was hitting the tooth below. Also, Dr. Richardson said I needed 2 crowns worth $2,400, yet our next dentist didn't find the need for either. This has been my experience. Hope yours is better.

This is my Dr. I absolutely adore her. She is professional and gets straight to the point. Very sweet personality.
